Payment
A deposit of € 200.00 per apartment must be paid. The balance will be paid in cash on the day prior to departure.

Arrival and Departure
Checkin between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you arrive after 6:00 pm, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange the handover of keys by telephone.
Checkout by 9:00 a.m.

Pets
Pets are permitted for an additional fee of € 10.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy
Booking conditions follow the ‘Austrian Hotel Regulations’. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
